Thank you for using @kdis.ac.kr email service.
As previously noticed since December 2022, KDI School has implemented a new capacity limit policy effective from January 1, 2023, in accordance with Google’s monetization policy for the Google Workspace for Education (formerly G-Suite), which we use for our @kdis email services.
The newly implemented capacity limit policy is as follows:
- Enrolled students are allocated 10GB of storage per account
- Other members (Alumni, Staff) will be provided with 1GB of storage per account
- The grace period to back up the exceeding storage is until June 30, 2023.
- Commencing July 1, @kdis accounts that surpass the storage capacity limit will be temporarily suspended from use.
- The final date to meet the capacity limit policy is December 30, 2023. The accounts that did not comply will automatically be deleted after this day.
From July 1, you can request temporary reactivation of your suspended account for one week by the link 'https://accounts.kdis.ac.kr' If you comply with the storage limit within this one-week period, full access to your account will be restored.
Please be aware that all accounts exceeding the storage limit as of December 30, 2023, will be permanently removed from our system.
We kindly remind you to adhere to the deadline of June 30, 2023, to comply with the capacity limit; ensuring your continued use of your @kdis account. For detailed instructions on backing up your exceeding data, please refer to the attached document.
