INTRODUCTION
Nguyen Van Bao is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy. His research focuses on how nationally standardized policy can better promote changes in higher education that lead to improved student achievement and narrow the expectation gap between non-rural and rural students. He uses multiple methods, including surveys, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions to study all levels of the policy system. He got a master's degree in Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
