KDIS First Connections: Fall 2026 New Student Networking Event
The Student Affairs Division is looking for 6 student volunteers to support “KDIS First Connections,” a networking event designed to welcome our Fall 2026 incoming students and help them connect with one another as they begin their journey at KDI School.
We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsive, and hardworking students who can help us create a smooth and welcoming experience for our new students!

▷ WHAT YOU WILL DO
Volunteers will help with simple event preparation and operation, including:
- Event venue setup
- Registration
- Welcoming participants and seating guidance - General support during the networking program
- Event wrap-up and venue cleanup
- Other simple tasks as needed
Please note that volunteers should arrive at the venue by 2:00 PM on August 31. We will start setting up the venue before the students arrive, and volunteers will be asked to stay until the wrap-up is finished.
▷ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for students who are responsible, punctual, hardworking, and friendly.
Since most communication before the event will be done by email, we also prefer students who check their email regularly and can respond to messages ly. There may be some last-minute updates or instructions, so being responsive is important.
No previous event experience is required. We are simply looking for students who can be on time, follow instructions, and actively help when needed.
