Professor Jeong Yeol Kim was invited by the Research Institute for Socionetwork Strategies (RISS) at Kansai University to attend a workshop from September 17 to 20, 2025. At the workshop, he presented his ongoing research titled “Collusion under Strategic Interaction and Regulation” (with Professor Daeyoung Jeong, Yonsei University) before an audience that included experimental economists from Kansai University, Osaka University, and other institutions. During his visit, he held productive meetings with Professor Kazuhito Ogawa (Dean of RISS) and Professor Tetsuya Kawamura, reaching a concrete agreement to continue collaborative research on collusion and securing permission to utilize Kansai University’s experimental laboratory facilities. The trip was highly meaningful, both in terms of strengthening academic networks with Japanese scholars and establishing a foundation for sustained international collaboration.
