The 2007 Nonghyup Core Business Manager Program began on Feb. 21^st, as a 7-month program. The program is inviting 27 branch office managers to instruct participants develop bargaining power and business management skills. Prof. Wook Sohn, the program chair, will supervise the 9 modules for a total of 158 classes. The topics of the modules cover customer satisfaction, change management, team building, strategic leadership, performance management, and business negotiation & conflict resolution. Participants will also be able to enjoy outdoor activities such as yoga, golf, opera, and IT programs as well. The program will end on August 31^st.
