Nonghyup was found from the integration of the former agricultural cooperatives and Agricultural Bank in 1961. “Nonghyup has begun to let the world know about how Nonghyup is a trustworthy cooperative organization that fulfills its social responsibilities” says Chairman NACF, Choi Won-Byung. With this purpose, “Nonghyup Core Business Manager Program” is an advanced educational program mainly in policy and economics for senior employees, designed by the KDI School, aimed to enhance managerial leadership skills as well as knowledge of finance towards the development vision of the organization. This Program has five models, included (i) economic policy and issues, (ii) marketing, (iii) finance, (iv) negotiation and (v) leadership and strategy. 2008 marks the third year of this program. As usual, there are 20 participants coming from high ranking positions in this organization. The program has been offered for six months, from February 12^th of to August 13^th. After this course, participants will be enriched their knowledge of analytical tools, making investment and finance decision which are very valuable for the operation and management of Nonghyup.
