Each year, the KDI School offers a unique program for international students and its Korean members of the School including students, staff and faculty members to spend time together. It is an opportunity for the international students to understand Korean culture and also for Koreans to invite the international students to their homes or have family outings with them.

During the last spring vacation, 17 Korean hosts invited 43 international students to their homes, family outings and dinners. Chulho Park, the 2008 Class President, invited Mohammad Sikder from Afghanistan, Noorullar Ahmadzai from Bangladesh, Anok Rai from Bhutan, and Selwa Ibrahim Ismaeel from Iraq to Everland ; and Ji-Hun Kim, 2008 MBA student took Khambou Thavixay from Laos and Agust Purba from Indonesia to the Garden of Morning Calm in Gapyung. All of the participants had a good time with the Korean families and enjoyed getting to know each other better.

If you have missed this great opportunity, don’t worry. There will be a second chance. Make sure you don''t miss this opportunity to explore the way of Korean life!
