[NOTICE] Regular cleaning for dormitory rooms

Dear dormitory residents,

Hello all, I hope you have been doing well.

This email is regarding the regular cleaning for the dormitory.

As you may know, KDI School has a cleaning period twice a year to promote the better environment of dormitory. For cleaning process, we need your cooperation.

Please refer the below for the details.

- Subject facility to be cleaned : Overall floor and furniture in your room and communal area

※  Please put your clothes into the closet

※  Please put your shoes into the shoe shelf

※  If you are using double room alone, please put your belongings only on your side.

- Sanitizing dormitory bedding set

: If you use the dormitory bedding set, we will provide a temporary bedding set until the cleaning work is done.

Before the cleaning begins, you should put all your personal belongings either inside your drawers or your closet. Please don’t put anything on or around your bed/communal facilities, because the cleaning staff may mistake it for trash and throw it away.

============IMPORTANT WHO ARE ON THE TEMPORARY LEAVE OR KFRS ====================================

1. Those who are temporarily leaving the country or attending the KFRS during the cleaning schedule must organize your belongings before the departure. 

*School is not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings caused during your absence.

2. When you are using the room alone or have an empty bed, you must leave it with an original condition. Also, other extra facilities such as a desk, chair, or shelf should be kept the way it was set for the new coming 2016 Fall students.

3.  Please understand that staff of cleaning company and the house masters will visit the rooms regardless of whether you are inside the room or not. Please lend them your full cooperation.
