An Invitation to establish and join a Student Club called English Anonymous

Dear KDI Colleagues,
Greetings!
My name is Maria Charmaine Guevara, a KOICA-sponsored KDI MDP 2012 graduate student. You can call me Cham or Maria.
I am writing to you to extend an invitation to establish a Student Club I plan to call "English Anonymous."
The main purpose of the club is to enhance the English oral, written and listening skills of interested KDI students, Korean and foreigners alike.
Possible activities to improve oral fluency, and speaking and listening skills are: - vocabulary and spelling bees, - sessions on telling personal stories and jokes, - "English Anonymous Genius" (a game where a player will guess names of words, places, things, people (depending on the categories) based on the audience's replies which will only be a YES or NO :) ) this is fun, - debates and discussions e.g. brainstorming why X is more beautiful than Y (why Jennifer Aniston is more beautiful than Angelina Jolie) or why X is the greatest Y (why Ronaldinho is the greatest soccer player),- weekly talk-show (and maybe we can invite a Korean celebrity like Jang Keun Suk, who speaks English well ^_^), - crossword puzzles, - role-playing activities, based on situations given, - getting-to-know-each-other activities, like a version of Speed-dating :-), - poetry reading, - and other activities suggested by members, It takes a minimum of 10 student-members to establish a Student Club. Currently, more than 25 students have signified to join the club since I sent out the email invitation last Friday night. Prof. Hugh Schuckman has agreed to be the club's Faculty Advisor.
