Dear Club Representative,

The deadline for Club Activity Report submission for Summer term is September 3rd (Mon).

Please upload activity materials on the Student Club Board, and also submit the report with receipts by Mondqy morning.

After reviewing reports we will support financially up to 200,000 won for each club.

The contents of reports should include date of activities, the number of participants, and actual expenditure (based on the receipts attached). Please note that only printed receipts are reimbursable rather than handwritten receipts.

A club should share all activity plans and documentation (pictures, reports, etc.) not only with club members but with all school members by posting it on the “Club Board” of the KDI School website to be eligible for financial support.
