For your club activity report, please be informed below details which will be effective from summer semester 2010.

 Please follow direction when club representatives submit the club activity report.

       1.     Submission

: Please upload your club activity report on the “club board” in website upon notice of Student Affairs Division, and we will check club board and download your reports.

2.     Contents of Club Activity Report

: Please report activities of your club more in detail by containing below information

e Date, place and title of the activity

e Total number of members and list of who attended the activity

eTotal amount of money spent for the activity and detail amount for items
