It''s time to report your working record for 6 weeks (from June 26 to August 5th)
Please fill out the attachment file and submit it to the Office of Academic & Student Affairs after your supervisor''s confirmation(signature)

by August 5th(Sat.) , 2006

Please write down what you worked on in detail.
After reviwing you working record, TA/AAship will be remitted into your bank account

If you fail to submit it, the scholarship will not be paid.

* Every six week, TA/AA should submit a weekly working record signed
by a supervisor in time.
* TA/AAship will be paid according to the result of submission of
''TA(AA)''s Weekly Working Record''.
* Please make it sure if you are a TA or AA in your working record.
