TA(AA) Working Record Submission(1st, Summer)

Dear Teaching Assistants/Administrative Assistants We appreciate your support as teaching and administrative assistants It’s time to inform you of your working record submission for the 1st half of Summer Semester(from May 19 to June 28 2008) Please fill out the attachment file and submit it to the Office of Academic & Student Affairs after your supervisor’s confirmation(signature) by June. 29(Sat.) , 2008 As you may know, the TA working hours for the 6-week courses are 15 hours per week and 10 hours for the 12-week courses(In case you need to check your hours of work, feel free to contact us.) Please write down what you have worked in detail. After reviewing you working records, TA/AA scholarship will be remitted into your bank account.(If you fail to submit it, the scholarship will not be paid.) * Every six week, TA/AA should submit a weekly working record signed by a supervisor in time. * TA/AAships will be paid according to the results of submission of "TA(AA)’s Weekly Working Record". Please don’t forget to get your supervisor’s signature considering class schedule and submission deadline **************** < We need your cooperation.!!> Please try not to waste power on the unused classrooms by turning off all the lights when you leave.
