ㅇ 지속되는 초유의 고유가 상황에 따른 당면한 에너지 위기와 경제에 대한 충격을 완화하고 사회전체적인 에너지절약 분위기 조성을 위해 정부는 2008년 7월 6일 한승수 국무총리 주재로 범 정부차원의 [초 고유가 대응 에너지절약 대책]을 수립함과 동시에 국무총리 특별지시(제2008-5호)로 정부 및 공공기관에 의무적으로 시행됩니다.

ㅇ 이러한 정부의 조치에 따라 우리 대학원은 다음과 같이 에너지 절약 방안을 의무실시하오니 이행에 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.

□ 제목 : 고유가에 따른 공공기관 에너지절약 강화를 위한 국무총리 특별지시

□ 내용 :

 1. 승용차 요일제  → 홀짝제(2부제)로 전환

  - 끝자리가 홀수번호 차량은 홀수일, 짝수번호 차량은 짝수일 운행

  - 적용대상제외 차량

   · 경차

   · 장애인사용 승용차(국가 유공자 자동차 표지 부착차량 포함)

   · 긴급자동차

   · 임산부 및 유아 동승 차량(문의 : 경영지원실 정영식/Ext.1260)

    ※ 일반인 차량은 현행과 같이 요일제 적용

 2. 공공건물의 실내온도를 여름철 27℃, 겨울철 19℃로 유지

 3. 엘리베이터 운행시 4층 이하는 운행을 금지, 5층 이상은 격층운행

   · 5층, 7층 운행

□ Subject : Special instructions of the Prime Minister to save energy in public institutions amid surging oil prices

□ Contents:

 1. A campaign to stop car usage once on a certain day per week → Not driving cars every other day

  - The new system will be applied according to the last number of a license plate. If the number is even, you can drive on the even days or vice versa.

  - Exceptions

   · Compact cars

   · Cars for people with disabilities (including cars marked as veterans)

   · Emergency cars

   · Cars with children or pregnant women inside

 ※ For other cars, current system of stopping car usage once on a certain day per week will be applied.

 2. Room temperature in public institutions should be maintained at 27℃ during the summer and 19℃ during the winter.

 3. Elevator operations are prohibited for all floors under the 4th Floor. Starting from the 5th floor, the elevator will operate every other floor. (5th and 7th floor)
