Please note information below regarding Course Confirmation, Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawal.

[Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawl]

1. Cancellation of Registration: by May 23rd(Tuesday)
Should you decide to cancel your registration within the first two and half weeks after classes begin, you may request to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs to cancel your registration. In this case, the cancellation will not appear on your transcript.

2. Withdrawal: from May 24th to June 10th

Should you decide to withdraw from a class after the first two and half weeks and within the first five weeks after classes begin, you may apply to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs to withdraw from the class. In this case, a “W” will appear on your transcript; however, it will not affect your GPA.

To apply for Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawal, please download the ''Cancellation of Registration/Withdrawal Application Form'' from the KDI School website as below.

(4) Click the Article #1626(as of Feb.16, 2006) and download the file

Befor you apply for the course cancelation/withdrawal, please make sure that your name is listed in the final version of the ''Student Roster''. You can also confirm course registration result through the ''KDI School Members'' service on the KDI School website.
