It''s time to report your working record for 6 weeks (from Sep.11 ~ Oct. 28 ) except the Chooseok holiday week(from Oct. 2nd ~ Oct. 7th)
Please fill out the attachment file and submit it to the Office of Academic & Student Affairs after your supervisor''s confirmation(signature)

by October 30th, 2006

Please write down what you have worked on in detail.
After reviwing you working record, TA/AAship will be remitted into your bank account

If you fail to submit it, the scholarship will not be paid.

* Every six week, TA/AA should submit a weekly working record signed by a supervisor in time.
* TA/AAship will be paid according to the result of submission of ''TA(AA)''s Weekly Working Record''.
