Beginning of Class and Course Add/Drop[Summer 2nd Half]

Dear All,

Please note information below regarding Course Add and Drop Period, Course Confirmation, Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawal. Also please check the course schedule and classroom from the attached file.

[Beginning of Classes / Course Add and Drop Period]

The 2nd half of summer term begins from June 26(Mon.), 2006. Also there will be a Course Add and Drop Period for the 2nd half as below. Please visit the KDI School website and CLICK ADD/DROP icon at the main page.
* Add/Drop Period: June 26(Mon. 10:00 am) ~ June 27(Tue. 24:00 pm)

I also would like to remind you that students are not allowed to engage in over 6 credits of study during the 2nd half as notified. Any students pre-registered with more than 6 credits must make changes during the add/drop period.

[Course Confirmation]

Before you join classes, please make sure that your name is listed in the final version of the ''Student Roster''. You MUST confirm course registration result through the ''KDI School Members'' service on the KDI School website.

(2) Input ''ID'' & ''Password''
(3) Click ''1. Academic Information''
(4) Click ''Course Confirmation''

[Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawl]

1. Cancellation of Registration: by July 11th(Tuesday)
Should you decide to cancel your registration within the first two and half weeks after classes begin, you may request to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs to cancel your registration. In this case, the cancellation will not appear on your transcript.

2. Withdrawal: from July 12th to July 29th
Should you decide to withdraw from a class after the first two and half weeks and within the first five weeks after classes begin, you may apply to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs to withdraw from the class. In this case, a “W” will appear on your transcript; however, it will not affect your GPA.

To apply for Cancellation of Registration and Withdrawal, please download the ''Cancellation of Registration/Withdrawal Application Form'' from the KDI School website as below.

(2) Input ''ID'' & ''Password''
(3) Click ''9. Official Form for Students''
(4) Click the Article #1626(as of Feb.16, 2006) and download the file
