Crisis Management for Emergency in North Korea

Abstract

As the nuclear issue becomes more serious, there is a mounting worry for the future of North Korea. The first part of this paper covers crisis management during collapse of North Korea with main emphasis on refugee relief, economic aid to the North and economic stabilization of South Korean economy. The second section of this paper covers the integration stage, and discusses how to control the administration of the Northern region, and how to change the South Korean government to deal with the crisis.
