H1N1 Influenza Vaccination Announcement   While the infection rate of influenza-A(H1N1) among the unvaccinated are growing, the government is providing free influenza-A(H1N1) vaccination for undergraduate/graduate students to prevent the spread of influenza on campus. Details regarding the vaccination are written below. We hope you participate in this vaccination program for your health and the health of others on campus. A. Period: Mar. 8(Mon), Mar. 10(Wed), Mar. 12(Fri), 2010, 10 a.m. ~ 4 p.m. B. Place: Public Health Center at Dongdaemun-gu - 2^nd floor (Auditorium) C. Target: All KDI School Students, Faculty & Staff members ※ Exemption from H1N1 influenza vaccination      - People who have gotten positive results in the laboratory influenza examination        (DNA test, virus extraction test, etc.)       - People with body temperature over 37.8℃ should postpone the vaccination      - People who have already been vaccinated ※ Prohibited cases (Subjects who should not get H1N1 influenza vaccination)       - People who have experienced an allergic reaction to egg or vaccine composition       - People who are allergic to any seasonal influenza vaccination       - People who have experienced Guillain-Barre syndrome or any other neurotic disturbances after the seasonal influenza vaccination D. Transportation: * Mar. 8(Mon) - Public Transportation is recommended * Mar. 10(Wed) & Mar. 12(Fri) ？ KDI Shuttle bus will be ready at the KAIST main gate l Departure time from the School ？ 10:00 / 11:00 / 13:00 / 14:00 / 15:00 l Departure time from Public Health Center ？ 10:30 / 11:30 / 13:30 / 14:30 / 15:30 * Due to the large number of students anticipated on Mar. 8 & Mar. 12, receiving the vaccination on Mar. 8 is recommended to those able to get to the Public Health Center by themselves.   E. Vaccination Fee: Free F. Preparation: KDI School ID Card & Foreign Registration Card(Int’l students only) * Foreign Registration Number of Int’l students is essential for the vaccination, thus please process your registration as soon as possible. G. How to get vaccinated: l Step 1) Present your KDI School ID card and Foreign Registration Card(Int’l Students)at the     center for free vaccination. l Step 2) Submit the preliminary medical examination form for the A(H1N1) vaccination. *You must fill out the attached form in advance. l Step 3) See a doctor and get vaccinated. l Step 4) Stay at the center for 20 to 30 minutes to see if any side effects occur. l Step 5) Take the shuttle bus to get back to the KDI School - Attached please find the map and information for the public transportation.
