Please be informed that it is essential to remember the following guidelines (4C’s) to prevent contagion. Cover! Your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing Cast! The used-tissue immediately into a trash can Clean! Your hands frequently and thoroughly using soap Call! Your doctor or the closest public health center if you experience symptoms such as a fever higher than 37.8℃, a cough, sore throat, or runny/stuffy nose. Health Care Center in KAIST: 02-958-3277 (on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building) Public Health Service Center [Dong-dae-moon Bo-gun-so]: 02-2127-5422 or 010-3009-0157 If you have symptoms… If two or more symptoms of acute respiratory conditions (fever higher than 37.8℃, cough, sore throat or runny/stuffy nose) appear during your stay at the School, please inform the Health Care Center in KAIST immediately to receive proper treatment. Also, you can visit the Kyung Hee University Medical Center for emergency medical service on weekends and holidays. For those diagnosed or suspected of having H1N1 flu, you may be excused from attending classes by submitting a Form of Absence along with a letter from an authorized agency (such as a hospital or local health service center) to the Office of Academic & Student Affairs. Please be assured that KDI School is doing its best to protect our students from the influenza. Your continued support and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
