The 2009 KDI School Commencement ceremony will be held on December 11st (Fri.) at 11:00 a.m.  Those who will be borrowing a graduation gown & cap must be seated in the KAIST Auditorium by 10:40 am. Therefore, please come to the school earlier to receive your gown and cap.         ▶ Graduation Cap & Gown ● Who : All who will receive a degree or diploma must have a cap and gown ● When : Pickups are on Dec.10 and Dec. 11. ● Where : Rm.# 9301 ● How : Students must deposit ￦20,000, which will be refunded upon return ● After the ceremony, you must return the graduation gown & cap to the school  by Dec. 11, 5:00 p.m. in order to get your deposit back.      ▶ Certificates of graduation diplomas All students who are conferred a degree will find a message, rather than the official document, inside their certificate case: l Students who have already graduated can pick up their certificate of graduation upon the return of their gown. l Students who are expected to complete the graduation requirements by the end of the Fall Semester 2009 will receive their official diplomas via mail after January of 2010 upon successful completion of the graduation requirements.   ▶ Certificates of completion Students who are completed can pick up their certificate of completion upon the return of their gown.      ▶ Graduation Gift       Those receiving a degree or diploma may receive a graduation gift in Rm.#9301.       Note : Only those who attend the ceremony will receive a gift.     ▶ Those living overseas and unable to attend will receive their graduate diploma via mail upon their request (payment on delivery) from the Office of Academic and Student Affairs.    1.
