Please refer to the following information for course waiver.

 

Objective: To allow students who have taken relevant courses in other institutions to get the most out of their studies by giving them an opportunity to be waived from core courses.

 

Application Period: Feb. 2(Tue.) ~ Feb. 5(Fri.) 15:00.

 

1. Core course applicable for a waiver

Students who wish to be waived from core courses should submit an application form(attached) and their transcripts from undergraduate or graduate studies to Academic Affairs Division. Core course waiver only applies to students who have taken relevant courses within five years from receiving admission to the KDI School.

 

Procedure:

①   Submission of Application form and transcript to Academic Affairs Division

②   Interview or Exam for validation of course waiver

③   Result will be announced on the student message board in MEMBERS menu of school website.

 

2. Korean language course applicable for a waiver

Students who wish to be waived from Korean language course should submit an application form and/or relevant certificates to Academic Affairs Division.

 

Procedure:

①   Submission of Application form and certificate to Academic Affairs Division

②   Interview for validation of course waiver

③   Result will be announced on the student message board in MEMBERS menu of school website.

 

Please find the attached file for the application.

 

 ※ Getting a course waiver does not mean that you can get credits from the waived courses. You have to take other courses to complete 45 credits for your graduation.
