Thesis Submission and Evaluation

For students writing a thesis, please review the following information.

1. Anti-Plagiarism Test: ~ May 15 (Friday), 2009

Please submit theses to thesis supervisors. Upon receiving approval from thesis supervisor, Theses should be submitted to Ms. Hye-Jung YANG (yhj@kdischool.ac.kr) within the mentioned period for an Anti-Plagiarism Test.
The outcome of the thesis will be reviewed by thesis supervisors who will guide you as to what to do with it.
Theses are not reviewed for the thesis evaluation without the Anti-Plagiarism Test.

2. Thesis Submission Period: May 19 (Monday), 2008 ~ May 23 (Friday), 2008

Work should be submitted to Ms. Hye-Jung YANG (yhj@kdischool.ac.kr) within the submission period in accordance with the following specifications:

     Items to Submit:

- 3 copies of thesis (for evaluation): Please do not bind them
- Electronic files of thesis
- ’Thesis Supervisor Recommendation for Thesis Evaluation’ & ’Request for Thesis Evaluation’
: Please refer to the attached files. You can also download the documents from our website: http://www.kdischool.ac.kr - Members->Official Forms (All files for thesis application can be downloaded.)
Please refer to the attached ’Guide to Writing Thesis’ when editing theses.

3. For International Students currently not in Korea,

- Certain situations may prevent students from directly submitting theses to the Academic Affairs Office. In this case, students are encouraged to consult their thesis supervisor before hand so that alternative solutions can be found. For example, supervisors may sign and submit forms to Academic & Student Affairs on students’ behalf.
- If it is not possible to submit 3 hardcopies of the thesis, please send an e-mail to Ms. Hye-Jung YANG with the thesis attached. However, this option is only open to those who are abroad and have extended difficulties in regular submission. Also, only finished copies of your theses should be submitted after sufficiently consulting with thesis supervisors.
