- Changes to the restaurant

1.     Price increase: Increased price for lunch and dinner at the cafeteria (3000 KRW -> 4000 KRW)

2.     Operate a monitoring team: Operate a monitoring team of 10 students, staff and faculty to maintain the quality of meals following the price increase

3.     Extend opening hours for the restaurant: Current 12:00~13:00, extend opening hours by 30 minutes each way to 11:30~13:30

- Measures to improve the meals at the cafeteria via price increase

1.     Better primary side-dish : Implement stews as the primary side-dish, increase servings

2.     Provide direct heat dishes: Appropriate food temperature for better taste

3.     Provide salads: Salad dish 2-3 times every fortnight

4.     Provide desserts once a week (traditional tea, seasonal fruit, etc)

5.     Hold various special events (Sushi on the spot, etc)

6.     Self-servings (rather than servings decided by the culinary staff) for the secondary dish in the primary menu

- Miscellaneous

1.     Healthier meals: Provide a reservation-only 500Cal or less healthy meals with sodium content of 3g or less

2.     As for bi-weekly off-days, every staff other than 2~3 on-duty personnel is resting on public holidays. Whereas 100~200 people using the restaurants on public holidays, problems may arise from those personnel having to leave the workplace for meals and is therefore impossible to implement. This will be explained to the representative from the taskforce team.

3.     Naming contest, RFID implementation shall be looked and decided at a latter time.
