2012 Fall Semester Course Evaluation and TA Evaluation

Please be informed that Course and TA Evaluations for the Fall Semester can be completed via the KDI School website.

Course evaluations are conducted to help us make improvements in the content and teaching methods of courses offered at the KDI School. Therefore, it is the KDI School policy that each student shall be required to participate in the course evaluations. All the information given by you would be treated CONFIDENTIALLY. As such, your honest response will be appreciated a lot.

Course Evaluation Result will be disclosed to lecturers after students’ evaluations are complete.

※ If you are taking core courses (AMPP, QM) where TA sessions are being conducted, you are required to complete the TA Evaluation during the

evaluation period. For the detailed procedure, please refer to the attached manual for TA evaluation.

※ If you do not participate in course evaluations for the Fall Semester, you will not be able to view your grades of Fall Semester and to register courses for the next Semester.
