Dear Master Program students,

 

I would like to inform you of the application details for declaring concentration(s) for the 2012 fall semester.

 

Application for concentration is necessary for your graduation. If you do not apply for concentration on time, your graduation may be delayed.

 

□ Concentration Options for 2012 Students (For 2010 and 2011 Students, please refer to the attached files)

- You need to choose at least one concentration from the options below.

Concentrations

GF: Global Finance and Regulation

FS: Fiscal and Social Policy

GP: Global Governance and Political Economy

RE: Regional Development and Environment

TI: Trade and Industrial Policy

DT: Development Track (MDP students only)

EN: Entrepreneurship and Private Sector Development

PM: Public Management and Leadership

 

* MDP students must declare the DT as the 1st concentration.

* MPP students cannot declare the DT concentration.

 

□ Requirements for Declaring Concentration
  - Students who are taking or have completed 39 graduation credits or more.
  - Students who are taking or have completed core courses from their program.

- Students who are taking or have completed 3 courses from his/her concentration. (total 9 credits).

- Students who are taking or have competed mandatory language courses.

- If you are able to take at least 3 courses from 2 different concentrations in your major, you can declare a double concentration.

 

□ Application Period: November 20(Tue) 5:00 PM ~ November 25(Sun) 10:00 PM

 

□ How to Declare Concentrations: Please refer to the attached file

* As changing concentration after the period will not be possible, please be careful about your choice of concentrations.

 

□ Concentration Approval: Concentrations will be approved after checking whether you meet the requirements. If you’re taking courses in this fall semester, concentration approval will be verified one month later after the fall semester ended.
