We''d like to inform you about the course add and drop period for the summer semester, 2013.

During the course add and drop period, you can change your registered course(s) for the 2^nd Summer session.

Please be informed of the following academic information.

 

□ Course Add and Drop Period

 

- June 24(Mon) 10:00 am ~ June 26(Wed) 10:00 am: 2nd summer courses only

  

□ Course Information

 

  1. Cancelled Courses

 

: Theory of Economic Policy by Prof. CHOI, Kwang

  ※ The course has been canceled due to the lack of minimum enrollment requirement.

     Those who enrolling for the canceled courses must make change their registration during the add & drop period.

 

 

   2. Course with changed professor

 

- Korean Economic Development (Sec.1)_Mon&Wed 14:30-18:00

: Prof. KIM, Joon Kyung → Prof. Jwa, Sung-Hee

    ※Because Professor Kim Joon Kyung has been newly appointed to the KDI president, it has been changed to Professor Jwa Sung-Hee.

  3. Off-line Course drop and withdrawal period for the 2nd summer semester

  

      If you’re going to drop or withdraw your courses after the course add and drop period, please fill in the form attached and submit it to 

      the Academic Affairs Division.

 

■ Summer 2nd session Course

 

(1) Course Drop: ~ by July 9(Tue)

Should you decide to drop your registration within the first two and half weeks after classes begin, you may request to the Academic Affairs Division to drop your registration. In this case, the drop will not appear on your transcript.

 

(2) Withdrawal: from July 10(Wed) to July 26(Fri)

Should you decide to withdraw from a class after the two and half weeks and within the five weeks after classes begin, you may apply to the Academic Affairs Division to withdraw from the class. In this case, a “W” will appear on your transcript; however, it will not affect your GPA.

 

■ Summer 12 weeks Course

 

(1) Withdrawal: from June 17(Mon) to July 20(Sat)

Should you decide to withdraw from a class after the first 5 weeks and within the 10th week after classes begin, you may apply to the Office of Academic Affairs to withdraw from the class. In this case, a “W” will appear on your transcript; however, it will not affect your GPA. In order for you to apply for the course withdrawal, you have to get approval from the course professor.
