 I am once again pleased to announce an upcoming special lecture for Thursday, October 13. This Co-organized by the following institutions: KDI School, Asia Foundatioin, and Centre for Australian Studies at Yonsei University, Professor Stephen Howes from Australian National University will be giving a talk on "What Really Matters for Aid Effectiveness?" here on our campus.
