Dear Students,   Greetings!   We are pleased to announce that the annual International Food Festival is coming up! It is the largest event for the School community where students share their authentic cuisine and culture. All the more exciting is that the School is preparing to further expand the festival this year, incorporating singing and dancing to follow the scrumptious sampling of student cooking. The first part of the event will consist of preparing and savoring a variety of menus and the second will introduce a singing & dance contest.   Date: November 4th (Fri) Time: 1st part 17:00~19:00            2nd part 19:00~21:00 Venue: 7th floor (Lincoln Hall & Chun Ji Lounge)     [The International Food Festival] The International Food Festival encourages students to share various dishes from home, and to learn more about different cultures in the process.   We are going to have 9 team tables. If you want to participate in the event, please team up with your friends and select a representative. The representative should fill out the participants list (please refer to the attached file) and send it to Ms. Sujin Kang(sj_kang@kdischool.ac.kr) by Oct. 26 (Wed). If you need assistance in making a team, email Ms. Kang as well and she will be happy to help you with the grouping process.     [Song & Dance Contest (tentative title)] Singing and dancing will accompany great prizes as the second part of the festival! The contest is open to everyone in the KDI School. We are going to have 15 contestants. If you want to participate in the contest, please apply via email to Mr. Tae Sik Hahm(ts_hahm@kdischool.ac.kr) by Oct. 28 (Fri).   Since this is the first time to host the contest, we are seeking your suggestions for an appropriate title. If you hit upon any catchy title, please email Mr. Hahm by Oct. 28 (Fri). A small gift will be presented to the winner, whose invention will stay with the School for years to come.    Your active participation and support is essential to make the festival fun and exciting. Make your own history with lively participation!   Thank you very much.     Student Affairs Division
