 2011 KDI School Commencement ceremony Date: Dec. 9.(Fri), 2011 Venue: Auditorium & KDI School 7th floor Order of Commencement (1) Commencement  - KAIST Auditorium (10am~12am)       Processional & Opening       Salutatory Oration       Valedictory Oration       Conferring of Degrees       Conferring of Certificate of Completion       Award Presentation       President''s Remarks       Congratulatory Address       Dean''s Remarks       Congratulatory Performance       Group Pictures   (2) Reception  - 7th floor of the KDI School (12pm~1pm)   Please note the followings:   1. RSVP for the KDI School Commencement by Friday, November 18th Please send the following information to Ms. Christine. - Number of guests you will bring to the ceremony:      * Please be informed that some of the students will attend the ceremony under the status of coursework completion, not as graduating students. For official graduation, you must meet the school’s graduation requirement.   2. Graduation Cap and Gown Pickups Graduating Students must be seated in the KAIST Auditorium by 09:50 am on the commencement day.Therefore it is highly recommended to borrow a graduation cap and a gown one day before the event.   ·   Who : All who receive all who receive a certificate must wear graduation cap and gown ·   When : Pickups are available on Dec.6 to Dec 9, from 9am to 5pm ·   Where : Room 9301 ·   How : Students must deposit ₩20,000, which will be refunded upon return   After the ceremony, you must return the graduation cap and gown to Room 9301 by Dec. 9, 5:00 p.m. in order to get your deposit back.    3. Certificate of graduation diplomas Please take note that students who are conferred a degree will not find the graduation certificate inside their certificate case, but a message that reads as follows:   ·   Students who are graduating can pick up their certificate upon the return of their gown. ·   Students who are expected to graduate in Jan. 2011 will receive their certificate via mail after January of 2012, upon successful completion of graduation requirements.   4. Those who live overseas and will be unable to attend the ceremony may receive their certificate via regular mail upon request, by contacting the Office of Academic and Student Affairs. ·   Inquiry: Mr. Jung GuMin email: gm_jung@kdischool.ac.kr
