Dr. Rajiv Shah,  the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), will be presenting a special lecture on Thursday, Dec. 1, titled "Economic  Development Policy for Developing Countries". (working title, subject to change) A Q & A session will be followed at the end of the lecture at 4:25.
