Dear students,

 

 

I''d like to inform you about the course add and drop period for the summer semester, 2013.

During the course add and drop period, you can change your registered course(s) for the Summer session.

Please be informed of the following academic information.

 

The schedule has been revised as of today, May. 13th.

 

     □ Course Add and Drop Period

 

- May 13(Mon) 10:00 am ~ May 15(Wed) 10:00 am: All summer courses

- May 18(Sat) 10:00 am ~ May 19(Sun) 10:00 pm: 12 weeks courses only

- June 24(Mon) 10:00 am ~ June 26(Wed) 10:00 am: 2nd summer courses only

        1. Cancelled Courses: 4 courses

 

- Korean Language and Culture I(Sec.1) by Prof. LEE, Sun-Ja

- Korean Language and Culture I(Sec.3) by Prof. LEE, Sun-Ja

- Changing Japanese Economic Policy in a Global Context by Prof. Katsuji Okachi

- History of Economic Thought by Prof. Chang, Oh Hyun

The course has been canceled due to the lack of minimum enrollment requirement.

 

          Those who enrolling for the canceled courses must make change their registration during the add & drop period.

       3. Off-line Course drop and withdrawal period for the 1st summer semester

  

           If you’re going to drop or withdraw your courses after the course add and drop period, please fill in the form attached

           and submit it to the Academic Affairs Division.

 

          Summer 1st session Course

 

(1) Course Drop: ~ by May 28(Tue)

Should you decide to drop your registration within the first two and half weeks after classes begin, you may request to the Academic Affairs Division to drop your registration. In this case, the drop will not appear on your transcript.

 

(2) Withdrawal: from May 29(Wed) to June 14(Fri)

Should you decide to withdraw from a class after the two and half weeks and within the five weeks after classes begin, you may apply to the Academic Affairs Division to withdraw from the class. In this case, a “W” will appear on your transcript; however, it will not affect your GPA.

 

Summer 12 weeks Course

 

(1) Course Drop: ~ by June 15(Sat)

Should you decide to drop your registration within the first 5 weeks after classes begin, you may request to the Office of Academic Affairs to drop your registration. In this case, the drop will not appear on your transcript. In order for you to apply for the course drop, you have to get approval from the course professor.

   

(2) Withdrawal: from June 17(Mon) to June 20(Sat)

Should you decide to withdraw from a class after the first 5 weeks and within the 10th week after classes begin, you may apply to the Office of Academic Affairs to withdraw from the class. In this case, a “W” will appear on your transcript; however, it will not affect your GPA. In order for you to apply for the course withdrawal, you have to get approval from the course professor.
