To foster a liberal research environment and to maximize the human resources of KDI School, we have made promotion of the student forums.
“KDI School Student forum” is a student-driven gathering for academic research. It is a sort of a student club with academic features.
For the year of 2017, there are 4 registered student forums: 1) Latin and Caribbean Forum 2) African Development Forum 3) International Relations Forum 4)Middle East Forum and 2 more seats are availible.
If you would like to make a new forum apart from the above mentioned, the representative of the forum should register it by submitting the application form by May 15(Monday). For your information, the below is the last year’s forum list.

[What is Student Forum?]
- Students team up to form a research group by the REGION or POLICY area of interest
- Each research group will discuss and choose a thematic issue
- Perform various research activities – interview, seminar, conference, case study, literature review, data analysis, and so on.
[How to make/promote a forum?]
- Group of more than 10 students should sign up for the forum
- Submit a forum application form in the student affairs division
- Promote plans through the student Forum Board (Student- community-notice- forum board)

200,000KRW /Semester, upon Report and Receipt of submission
