Dear International Students, 

 

It is strongly recommended for your safety and immigration status that you get permission from the school if you plan to go abroad during summer vacation. Leaving Korea during vacation is only allowed if a student submits a request form and receives approval in advance.  

Please refer to the guidelines for temporary leave requests attached.

 

▶ Summer vacation: August 5th (Mon.) ~ August 31st (Sat.) ◀

List of documents to upload on the MIS system 1. Round trip E-ticket 2. Certificate of Insurance (only for those who plan to visit  a country other than their home country) 3. NIIED Application Form (only for NIIED Scholars; an advisor’s signature is needed)

 

Additionally, please note that your Alien Card will count as a multiple VISA. So, if you have an Alien Card with enough expiration periods, you do not need to get the multiple VISA. Please remember that you must bring your alien card when you leave Korea.
