Dear members of KDI School,

South Korean health authorities will be enforcing Level 3 social distancing restrictions in non-capital areas from July 27 until August 8.

Under Level 3, private gatherings of five or more people are banned, while cafes and restaurants can only offer takeout and delivery services after 10 p.m.

Authorities are currently battling the worst wave of infections the country has experienced so far, due to continuing outbreaks.

Meanwhile, Daejeon will increase their social distancing to level 4, which include a ban on gatherings of more than two people after 6 p.m. and a 10 p.m. curfew on restaurants(and cafes) until at least August 8.

For non-capital regions including Sejong: Social Distancing Level 3

♦ Restrictions: Four(4) people allowed until 6 p.m.; two(2) people allowed after 6 p.m.
