UCSD GLI 학사일정

 

UCSD GLI 에서 1년동안 수강하게 되는 과목은 9과목~12과목이며, ESL 및 기타 활동에 대한 자세한 사항은 붙임파일 및 아래 UCSD 측 담당자의 이메일을 참고해 주시면 되겠습니다. UCSD GLI 원서 작성 시 궁금하신 사항이 있으시면 언제든지 학생지원팀으로 방문하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

A full-time student is categorized as enrolling in three courses each quarter. However, students may enroll in four courses each quarter if they choose. Therefore, they can enroll in 9-12 courses throughout the academic year they are at GLI. They may also enroll in our summer (July-August) Intensive ESL program if they choose (see attached 2011-2012 GLI Academic Calendar). I have also attached our 2010-2011 Course Schedule &Descriptions. Much of the schedule will remain the same in 2011-12, though it generally changes a little bit from year to year. Typically, GMP students choose two GLI courses along with one-two IRGN/IRCO courses each quarter. The combination really depends on their level of English proficiency. The GLI courses include our “English for Professionals”courses and content courses that are relevant to the students’interests. For example, in Winter quarter, GLI offers a “U.S. Government and Politics”course as a foundation for those going on the six-day professional tour to Washington, D.C. during spring break at the end of March.
