SCHOOL OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS

SPA''s MPA program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA) which sets rigorous standards for curriculum, faculty, research, teaching, and library and computer resources. SPA is the only NASPAA accredited school in the State of Colorado.

SPA''s faculty ranks among the top scholars in the country, conducting leading-edge research that is directly related to the courses they teach. Specializations at SPA include Environmental Policy, Management, and Law; Local Government, Nonprofit Organizations, Domestic Violence, and Criminal Justice. For the student, all this adds up to an MPA program that is years ahead of the textbooks, integrates contemporary research with practice, and gives students a competitive edge that few schools can match.
