Applicants must have a Ph.D. or should expect to receive one by September 2004. Public Administration (policy negotiation and/or non-profit organization management preferred), Health Economics, Public Economics (cost-benefit analysis, urban economics, and/or public choice theory preferred), International Relations (foreign policy and security studies preferred)

■ MBA Program:
Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Environmental Management, Securities or Corporate Law, Corporate Strategy

■ Other Fields:
Exceptionally qualified applicants capable of teaching econometrics or microeconomics will be considered regardless of their academic field.
