Greetings from the KDI School!

 

We are pleased to announce another event, which is one of the most exciting school events,

2013 Sports Day, will take place on May 31, Friday!

 

We are announcing Sports Event early this year since we are planning to have T-shirts logo Contest as well. The winner’s design printed on T-shirts will be given to everyone participating in the Sports event!

 

 

First of all, regarding to the Sports day, every member of the KDI School community is cordially invited to participate. As with all other events, the Sports Day will not be perfect without you, so make sure to mark your calendar and show your energy and team spirit!

 

Participants will also enjoy the following advantages:

- Team shirt (short-sleeves)

- KDI School Tumbler (*only for attendees!!)

   - 4 teams: MPP 2 teams , MDP 2 teams

   - Composition: Master & Ph.D. Students + Staffs + Professors

   08:40-08:50 Gather at the KDI School Main Gate

   10:20-10:45 Opening and Stretching

   10:45-11:40 Dodge Ball

   11:40-12:50 Lunch

   12:55-15:00 Soccer

   15:00-15:30 Relay Race

   15:30-16:00 Catch the Tail

   16:00-14:20 Prizes & Raffle

 

To facilitate the preparation process, we need to know the number of participants and the size for team shirt. If you do not want to miss out on all the fun, please RSVP online by April 27th (Sun) following the instructions below:

 

□ How to Apply

① Visit "www.kdischool.ac.kr"

② Log in using your ID and password

③ Click "MIS"on the right hand side of KDI School Service menu

④ In the menu bar on the left, click "Apply for Events"under the Training/Event"

⑤ Click the "Query"button

⑥ Click “KDIS Sports Day (May. 31)"

⑦ Write down your shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL *subject to change!) in “Other Comments” and Click “Save” on the upper right hand side

⑧ Application Period: Apr 10 (Wed.) ~ Apr 27 (Sun.)

 

 

Secondly, as I mentioned above, we need your bright ideas on the logo of the T-Shirt! Anyone can participate in the design competition and win the prize! (Please see logo placement example below)

1. The best design award (1 design): 100,000 Won + KDI School Baseball jacket

2. Runner-up awards (10 designs):

 

Submission due date: MAY 9 (Thur.)
