KDIS Alumni Working Partner Program
The KDIS Alumni Working Partner Program is an annual initiative launched by the KDI School Alumni Office to strengthen connections among alumni and foster collaboration on impactful global projects. Through this program, KDIS alumni have the opportunity to propose new cooperation projects and join existing ones, aiming to accelerate positive global developments.
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to all KDI School alumni and organizations.
What Are the Objectives of the Program?

- 2To accelerate positive developments for all countries by achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) OR Timely Global Issues
- 3To prepare KDIS alumni to become global leaders
How to apply?
To submit a project proposal:
- 1Click "View All Programs" and select "Go To Propose A New Project."
- 2Upon submission, you’ll receive an email notification. For smooth processing, it is recommended to use a Gmail account.
Important Notes:
- 1Alumni may propose or participate in up to three projects simultaneously.
- 2To join existing projects, click "Participate."
- 3Projects without approved partners cannot proceed.
What Should Your Proposal Include?
- Introduction: A brief overview of the proposal.
- Detailed Description: Include goals, objectives, reasons for collaboration, partner selection, mutual benefits, potential for long-term cooperation (if applicable), and public impact (if applicable).
- Timeline: A clear timeline for proposed activities.
- Partners: Indicate the alumni or organizations you wish to collaborate with.
How Will I Get a Partner?
- When someone signs up for your project, the team leader will be notified via email.
- The team leader must approve all partners before they can officially join.
- Projects without any applicants will not proceed.
- Proposal Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025 (may close earlier if participant capacity exceeds 100).
- Interim Report Submission: June 30, 2025.
- Final Report Submission: August 31, 2025.
- Submit your Final Report and required forms by August 31, 2025, to receive a reward of USD 100 per team member.
- 20 USD for submitting and confirming the interim report.
- Rewards will be paid collectively after the final report submission deadline.
- All submitted reports will undergo evaluation to select the top 2-3 best-performing teams, comprising a total of 5-6 participants. These teams will receive an exclusive invitation to the Alumni Workshop, scheduled to take place in Korea during October 2025. KDI School will provide airfare and accommodations for the selected teams!
- Each person can participate in a maximum of three projects (as a leader or member).
- If you participate in more than three projects, you may remain active, but financial rewards are limited to USD 360 for the final report submission across all projects.
Every project requires at least one partner.
