Organizational Knowledge Sharing(OKS) Workshop for KDI and KDIS Staffs
- Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Knowledge Sharing
The OKS workshop is offered by the World Bank to help public sector institutions better realize their potential and improve service delivery by systematically documenting, sharing and using operational experience and staff capabilities. The 3-day workshop will guide participants to develop a deep understanding of the institutional practices with regard to knowledge sharing through a set of interactive sessions.
