Dear Students,
 
We’d like to invite KDI School students to 2016 Korea Field Research and Study (KFRS), which takes place from Aug. 2 (Tue) to Aug. 5 (Fri).
 
This 4-day field trip will be a good opportunity to witness the past and present of Korean development. By visiting industrial manufacturing sites, you will see what laid the foundations of the current Korean economy. We will also look around some historical sites rich with cultural heritage.
 
This field trip offers 1 credit as a field research course upon submission of a KFRS report. This credit will be shown on your official transcript under the fall term but will not count towards the graduation requirements.
 
Though KFRS is designed for international students to improve their understanding about diverse aspects of Korea, Korean students are strongly recommended and welcome to join in as well.

Ø  Participation Fee: About KRW 100,000 (subject to change)
   (Total fee is around 700,000 KRW. However, other expenses such as accommodation, meals, transportation will be covered by school.)
 
Itinerary and other detailed information are not fixed yet, just keep in mind the date. The schedule will be announced as soon as possible.
