Please be informed that there will be a Global-Friendship Tour which will take place from Sep 23 (Fri) to 24 (Sat).

This field study is sponsored by Hyundai Motors and organized by Inha University Academic Cooperation. It will give you an exciting opportunity to experience high technology industries and culture of Korea.

I am proud to announce that Hyundai Motors invites KDI School to this tour program as a group of international communities in Korea. Through this tour, we will have a chance to visit Hyundai Motors where you will take a glimpse at the foundations of the current Korean economy. Also, we will have Cultural Tours.

In its 8th year, Global Friendship Tour hosted by Hyundai Motor Group has been successfully running from 2009 to 2015 as promoting brand and culture of Korea to international students of academic excellence, and as cultivating representatives of Korea. In 2016, visit to Incheon, the gateway to Korea, is planned.

All the accommodation, meals, transportation and other fees will be fully supported by Hyundai Motors.

Please note that only limited number of students can participate in this tour. The application will be processed on a first-come-first served basis, so hurry up to enjoy this wonderful opportunity.

- Date: Sep. 23 ~ 24 (Fri-Sat) ― two days and one night

- Application: Aug. 31th ~ Sep. 2nd

- Entrance Fee: KRW 0 (Supported by Hyundai-Kia Motors, Incheon City and KDI School)

2. Preparation

- Clothes: Casual Clothes but Dress appropriately for the filed study (e.g., no tank tops and short pants).

- Others: Toiletries, Passport or Foreign Registration card , pocket money

* Since the accommodation is not a hotel, a resort, do not forget to bring your own toiletries. The resort only has towels and soaps. Please note that some room does not have beds in the room. 

 

3. Penalty

Please note that once your application is submitted, you will be charged with penalty of 20,000 KRW if you don’t show up on the day, unless you sent us an email notice.
