KDI School is hosting the [Campus Photography Contest] to archive and promote our beautiful campus.
The Contest will run from March to November and winners will be awarded each month so the School encourages all students to take part in this wonderful event.
 
1. Overall Theme of the Contest
A. Photographs showing a panoramic view of the School campus (photographs offering a sense of different seasons on campus to the audience)
B. Portraits of people on campus (vibrant and energetic lives of KDI School students)

2. Eligibility for the Contest and How to Apply
A. Eligibility: Contest is open to all enrolled students
(Please note that each contestant can submit up to five photographs per month)
B. Submission: Submit photographs in their largest size possible (minimum 2000x3000 pixels) along with an entry form via email to koreanadmissions@kdis.ac.kr

3. Entry Period and Announcements
A. Entry Period: Aug 18(Thu) ~ Aug 31(Wed), 2016

   KDI School Campus Photography Contest (August): Entry period extended until August 31st (Wed), 2016.
B. Announcements: Contest results will be announced on KDI School’s notice board after two weeks of the entry deadline. The School will contact winners privately. There may be no winners if all photographs fail to satisfy the assessment criteria.

4. Awards
▶ Gold: 1 contestant (Department Store Gift Card worth KRW 50,000)
▶ Silver: 2 contestants (Gift Voucher worth KRW 30,000 each)
▶ Bronze: 3 contestants (Gift Voucher worth KRW 10,000 each)

5. Important Notes
A. All submitted photographs will not be returned to the owner, and can be used in promotional activities for KDI School (photographs must not violate any portrait rights, and the contestant is fully responsible for any liabilities).
B. Larger photographs are preferred (minimum 2400x3500 pixels), and please save all files in JPG format.
C. Name all files using your name and an appropriate subject line
(e.g. James Smith_Spring Campus.jpg)
D. When submitting photographs via email, please use the subject line, “[2016 Photo Contest] Your Name (No. of photos)”.
E. When submitting multiple photographs, please compress them in one single folder (contestants can submit five photographs per month).
F. Contestants must submit an entry application with their photographs.
