Dear KDIS International Students,

Greetings from the Student Affairs Division.

I would like to announce that the 2016 Sejong International Dance Festival, hosted by Sejong Culture and Art Association, will take place in Sejong City from Sunday September 25th to Wednesday Oct. 5th. As an international community in Sejong, KDI School students are cordially invited to the Korea Traditional Dance Class on Sep. 30th.

All of you are welcome to enjoy performances from Korea, Switzerland, Canada and Madagascar at no charge. The highlight of the festival will be a performance by professional, traditional Korean dancers dedicated to passing down the traditional dance.

The festival consists of two parts, which are Main Performances and Events.

In particular as a part of the festival, there will be a session for only KDIS international students, which will provide you an opportunity to learn Korea Traditional Dance to several folk songs of Korea(Sae Taryeong, Nilliria, etc.) and its breathing techniques.

Students should apply for the event by MIS. Please keep in mind that the academic schedule should be your priority before the event.

    How to apply

    1. Visit http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/

   2. Log on using your ID and password

   3. Click Apply for Events on the left side, below Training/Event

   4. Go to 'Cultural Event' and click the Query button

   5. Go to ‘2016 Sejong International Dance Festival – Korea Traditional Dance Class’

   6. For the confirmation, click on the Event Application result under the Training/Event
