We invite KDI School students to our 2017 Korea Field Research and Study (KFRS), which will take place from Aug. 1 (Tue) to Aug. 4 (Fri).

This four-day field trip will be a good opportunity to witness past and present Korean development. By visiting industrial manufacturing sites, you will see the foundations of today's Korean economy. We will also look around some historical sites rich in cultural heritage.

This field trip offers one credit as a field research course, upon submission of a KFRS report. This credit will be shown on your official transcript under the fall term but will not count towards the graduation requirements.

Though KFRS is designed for international students, in order to improve their understanding of diverse aspects of Korea, Korean students are strongly recommended to join in as well, and will be welcome.

Ø  Participation Fee: About KRW 100,000 (subject to change)

   (Total fee is around 700,000 KRW. However, expenses such as accommodation, meals, and transportation will be covered by the school.)
