The Seminar is being organized to share the experiences and obtained knowledge by participants of the 2017 International Development Cooperation Capacity Building Program. Development experts across different sectors (Gov. NGO, academia) will gather to share views on current development issue facing asia - with a particular focus on Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Thailand - as well as to strengthen and expand networks among the public and alumni of the program since its 2008 inception.
