Introduction
I hold a First-Class B.Sc. in Public Management (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, where I received gold medals for academic excellence. Additionally, I completed a Master of Business Administration (with research) at the Postgraduate Institute of Management in Sri Lanka and hold a Higher National Diploma in International Relations.
Currently, I work as a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. In addition to my academic role, I have civil service experience as an officer in the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. I have also contributed to several research projects analyzing the outcomes of public sector initiatives related to women entrepreneurs, public participation in local-level planning, digitalization of public services, and administrative preparedness for managing flood risks.
