Before drop or withdraw: 

1) Full-time students must take a minimum of 9 credits of regular courses* per semester except for the last one (the 4th semester), and these 9 credits should include at least 3 credits from daytime courses.

 

2) Part-time students must take a minimum of 6 credits of regular courses* per semester, except for the last one (the 6th semester).

* Regular course is a course that counted as a graduation requirement.

 

 

 

○ Course Drop Period: Feb.17(Mon.) ~ Feb.29(Sat.)

If you want to drop a course after the online course registration period, you need to submit the course drop application form via online. If it is approved, the course drop will not appear on the official transcript. Please refer to the attached “Course Drop Manual”.

○ Course Withdrawal Period: March.2(Mon.) ~ March.21(Sat.)

If you want to withdraw a course after the course drop period, you need to submit the course withdrawal application form via online. If it is approved, a “W” will appear on the official transcript. However, it will not affect the GPA. . Please refer to the attached “Course Withdrawal Manual”.
