Dear Students,

 

Please be informed that all of students who have completed all their graduation requirements by the end of this semester are required to apply for the Graduation Eligibility Review.

 

Students should graduate within 4 years of admission. Please note, if you extended by 1 year, then the maximum timeline is extended to 5 years.

 

If you have not submitted your final paper with the recommendation form from your major advisor, you are not required to apply for graduation yet.

 

1. Application Period: Mar 23rd (Mon.) ~ Apr 4th (Sat.)

 

2. How to Apply

1) Visit KDI School MIS site (http://mis.kdischool.ac.kr/)

2) Login using your Student Number as your ID

3) Click the “Service” button

4) Click the “Graduation” button

5) Click the "Apply for Graduation" button

6) Click the “Apply” button in the center

 

3. Graduation Eligibility: Students must have fulfilled the following requirements, in order to be eligible for graduation

1) Completed core courses (MPP : 2, MDP : 3, MPM 2)

* G20, KOICA Program : taking their core courses

2) Completed concentration courses (9 credits(3 courses) from 1st concentration)

3) Completed language courses

* Completed the English course(LPM) or granted a waiver

* Completed the Korean course(Korean Language and Culture I) or granted a waiver (only for full-time international students)

4) Submitted the Final Research Paper (Thesis, Capstone, SRP, ELP [only GMP])

* Students who want to write a thesis or capstone project must take the Advanced Research Seminar(ARS) (3 credits)

5) Total graduation credits: Minimum 39 credits (GPA over 2.67)

6) Enrolled 4 semesters(Full-time) and 6 semesters(Part-time)

* unless your overall GPA is over 3.9

* GMP: Enrolled at least 6 semesters (3 semesters - KDI School, 3 semesters - oversear partner school)

 

4. Eligibility Review Results: We will inform students who apply for graduation eligibility review of the results of theis request via E-mail.

- Graduation Date: May 8, 2020

 

※ Note

- Please be informed that 2019 Fall, 2020 Spring students are not yet eligible.

- Students who are taking courses this semester are not eligible. (unless overall GPA is over 3.9 and fulfill all the graduation requirements within 3 semesters(Full-time) or 5 semesters(Part-time))

- Students who submitted the Research Project in this spring semester will be informed the result of RP evaluation in April. However, it you wish to graduate, please apply for graduation in advance within the given period above.
